Management abilities burnished by extensive hands-on experience in operations, business affairs, product development/management, relationship/project management, production, publishing, marketing, sales and distribution, and music performance (including, as drummer, with such successful groups as Bad Religion)

Amy Kong's career in financial services has literally taken her around the globe - many times over. Her experience spans Technology Training, Business Development, Strategy Alignment, Project Management, Product Usability and Quality Assurance - for companies such as Merrill Lynch and Thomson Financial.
As Director of International Technology Training for Merrill Lynch, she ensured that every Financial Advisor in the international arena received the necessary training to be efficient and productive utilizing their business and financial tools. This was in conjunction with release management of the firm's technology rollout and product launches.
Amy is also an expert in managing demanding relationships (as she has done for Thomson Financial) - as the business liasion to the client, and management of QA Testing and end user usability analysis. As a SME, she has partnered with client business teams to define their business requirements.
